Services

Support R US provides VoIP and SIP-based voice communication services intended for legitimate business use, including inbound and outbound PSTN calling and internal business communications. Services are provided subject to availability and applicable telecommunications regulations.

Acceptable Use

Users must ensure that all traffic generated through our services complies with applicable local and international laws, regulations, and carrier policies.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Robocalling or automated mass calling
• Call blasting or unsolicited bulk communications
• Scam, fraudulent, or deceptive activity
• Illegal or unauthorized telemarketing
• Any traffic that violates telecommunications regulations or carrier requirements

User Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for all calls, traffic, and usage originating from their systems, accounts, or credentials. Users must implement reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access or misuse of services.

Compliance and Monitoring

To ensure compliance with regulatory and carrier obligations, Support R US reserves the right to monitor usage patterns, review call data, and take appropriate action where abusive, fraudulent, or non-compliant traffic is detected.

Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services, without prior notice if necessary, in cases of policy violations, abusive traffic, regulatory risk, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Limitation of Liability

Support R US shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Services are provided on a best-effort basis, subject to network availability and upstream carrier performance.

Modifications

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes in legal, regulatory, or operational requirements. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
